Our experienced in-house Engineering design team will work from initial concept to develop a detailed specification with layout and design drawings. Throughout the design stage, we will work with our Homologation and Compliance teams, ensuring relevant legislation, safety, quality and performance standards are adhered to at all times.
As part of our corporate responsibility, we only select quality assured components, considering factors such as carbon footprint, weight, and end of life recyclability before completing the design phase.
The process starts in our fabrication workshop where our specialist team carry out any reinforcement and adaptation work to the vehicle. Electrical modifications are carried out by our highly skilled team of electrical engineers, who will ensure that the vehicle is fully prepared to deliver on your bespoke requirements.
Our experienced coachbuilders ensure that each stage of production is completed on time and to the highest standards, whilst always working to your specific vehicle design. As your vehicle reaches the end of the production line, the finishing touches such as livery are applied before being passed to our Quality Control and Compliance team.
Before any vehicle is delivered to a customer, O&H Vehicle Conversions ensures that it is safe, legal, fit for purpose and complies with the specification agreed. The rigorous quality check process is carried out in our dedicated quality control workshop by fully trained inspectors.
Only once all checks have been carried out and we are 100% satisfied that the completed vehicle is of the highest quality will approval for a full onsite valet and delivery be given.
