Fundraising so far

For the new campaign to raise money for YAA, Venari O&H have begun by hosting a raffle with prizes including easter eggs, Prosecco, Whiskey, a mini car valet etc. which was a huge success raising £200 for YAA. In conjunction with this, also offered a mini car valet for £10 to staff which was done by the valeting team in their own time which involved a jet wash and a wipe down for both the internal and external of the vehicle. This was also a success and raised £320 meaning the fundraising total so far is already £520 for YAA (and counting!).

This isn’t the first time Venari O&H have worked with YAA, last year it arranged for staff to take part in the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge which was a resounding success. There are many more ideas in the works to help bolster funds including open days and sponsored activities that are currently in the planning process.

“We’re proud to be launching a series of campaigns to support a cause close to our hearts and to raise money for a fantastic organisation that provides lifesaving emergency care across the county. As one of the largest ambulance builders in the UK, we want to do our bit to support these frontline heroes and the critical work they do day in, day out.” – Aaron Francis, Marketing Director.
